UMP Rookie of the Year
As the 2008 racing season comes to a close, there are just handful of
races remaining. However, Jeff has already clinched two UMP titles.
Walston takes top honors in Kentucky
State UMP Super Late Model Points as well as National
UMP Super Late Model Rookie of the year.
On Saturday, October 11th, Jeff ran at Clarksville
Speedway. The car was fast right off the trailer as Walston set the
second fastest time in qualifying. The 56 crew stayed on top the changing
track and Jeff continued to run well with a second place finish in the
Quick Six Dash. Walston capped off the night by taking the lead and
eventually the win in the feature event.
Jeff and the crew would like to thank everyone for their support in
2008.
